概要
PhoTriage（以下「本アプリ」）は takashi masuda が開発した macOS 用 RAW 写真セレクト（カリング）アプリです。このプライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリがどのようなデータをどのように扱うかについて説明します。
データ収集
本アプリは、個人データを一切収集・送信・共有しません。
写真の閲覧・解析（サムネイル生成、フォーカス評価、グルーピング、レーティングや採用/除外の判断など）はすべてお使いの Mac 上でローカルに処理されます。外部サーバー、分析プラットフォーム、第三者にデータが送信されることはありません。
ファイルへのアクセス
本アプリは、ユーザーが明示的に開いたフォルダ内の写真にのみアクセスします（macOS のセキュリティスコープ付きブックマークを使用）。
- 写真の読み込み: 開いたフォルダ内の RAW / JPEG / HEIC を読み取り、表示・解析します。
- 判断の保存: レーティングや採用/除外などの判断は、元ファイルと同じ場所に XMP サイドカーとして書き出します。元の RAW ファイルは一切変更しません。
- 環境設定: アプリの設定はお使いの Mac のローカルに保存されます。
ネットワーク通信
本アプリは、セレクト作業に関してネットワーク通信を必要としません。写真やそのメタデータをクラウドや外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。
第三者サービス
本アプリは、サードパーティ SDK、分析フレームワーク、クラッシュレポートサービス、広告ネットワークを一切使用していません。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を含め、誰からもデータを収集しません。

Overview
PhoTriage ("the App") is a macOS RAW photo culling app developed by takashi masuda. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles and how.
Data Collection
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
All viewing and analysis of your photos (thumbnail generation, focus assessment, grouping, ratings, picks and rejects, etc.) happens locally on your Mac. No data is sent to external servers, analytics platforms, or third parties.
File Access
The App accesses only the photos inside the folders you explicitly open, using macOS security-scoped bookmarks.
- Reading photos: It reads and displays RAW / JPEG / HEIC files in the folders you open.
- Saving decisions: Ratings, picks, rejects, and other decisions are written to XMP sidecar files alongside your originals. Your original RAW files are never modified.
- Preferences: App settings are stored locally on your Mac.
Network Usage
The App does not require network access for its culling workflow. Your photos and their metadata are never uploaded to the cloud or any external server.
Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, crash reporting services, or advertising networks.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
